Nameserver management (Investigating)

  • During our go-live tests we identified an issue where clients are unable to update their domain nameservers through the CW360 portal.

    We are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. 

     

    Workaround: In the short term, please raise a Technical Support ticket with your domain name and the new nameservers and we'll update them manually for you.
